Just got my Barrel back has been shot blasted and painted. Top lapped flat.
New Valves lapped in.
Have a piston 1/2 mm oversize ( BSA stock )
Barrel has been honed and piston fits good with .030 rings

Just have a minor problem with oil ring. It is the M11 set from Dragonfly.
Not complaining with Dragonfly, they give good service and have a great supply of parts.
It is me trying not to re-groove the piston.
The scraper rings are now giving good gap when tried in the barrel, they also fit nicely in piston groves. The Oil ring is 5/32 inch thick and will not go into the groove which is 3/32 inch.
Not wanting to re-groove the piston. Are there any Oil rings out there I can use, which are 82mm + 030 x 3/32 x 116
