An early WD/C for sure......early forks, handlebars and fittings, plus alloy brake plates...........

Seems to be a Home Front demonstration of ATS female personnel servicing vehicles (cap badge looks to be ATS)..........

As for the fuel tank insignia, it appears to be a Fler de lys......this symobol was used by the Manchester Regiment and the MTC (female Mechanised Transport Corps) during WW2 among others, but can't be certain........

Can't recall the origin of this image either..........
