Just tried one final time to kick start my M20 inside my garage and there was an almighty crack/bang ! (Identical to a 5.56 round fired from an SA80)

I'm wearing shorts and I felt nothing come out of the carb ! ...... What on earth happened !! My left ear is still ringing !

I swiftly closed my garage door and scarpared in doors before the community in my small culdesac came rushing out 😂

I'm not having a good day today
