Nice picture...Does he have the cap (instead of a helmet) for the benefit of the photographer I wonder...?

I see he has 'traffic' armbands, I can't see the word 'control' underneath that however (There was also a 'TC' armband for traffic control)...

It looks like TC on the front mudguard though?....Ian

I have a "Traffic" armband, but it looks like the one pictured is more likely to be red on blue like the standard "MP" armband.
