Task System for Motorcycles and "B" vehicles

Hi all,

Got this big sign delivered today, was after it for many years, and was finally able to purchase it!

So it was used for maintenance in the field, and is all explained in the excellent little film with the Norton 16H in it, can't find it right now! typical.

Anyway this sign came from a Belgian pub in Gent, where it was hanging on the wall until about 15 years ago, and bought by a collector, before that is must have been used by the Allies in a workshop nearby.

Would look nice at the new W&P motorcycle display next year!

Cheers,

Lex

Not content with plundering Britain's fast-diminishing stock of WD motorcycles and spare parts, the Dutch are now stripping Belgian cafés in the quest for 'hebbedingetjes'

This is the more complicated paper version :-

Ah, yes Rik, from Henk's Bowden archive! you have a better picture then me!

So even as a teetotaller it pays to visit a pub sometimes!! (why didn't Jan find it?? it was in his backyard!)

Here are the 3 films, with the second one that has the Task System in it;
