Thanks Henk, after more googling I found out what B.B.A. stands for, and not far off in my first reply.

It stands for Brabantse Buurtspoorwegen en Autodiensten. (it still exists!)

So a Polish unit in Brabant, (probably near Breda) the Netherlands.
