Normandy

Many of us here on the forum travel for the annual Normandy commemorations in June & know how enjoyable this can be especially with weather on your side

I am thinking of going back over in September for an extra long weekend and wondered if anyone else here was interested in doing the same

Hi John, nice idea but I don't think I will be able to make it this year, but I will hopefully be doing another D-Day period trip in the next couple of years.

Likewise I will probably be there next year in June....God willing.

although there is some interest from the Grandkids. My Grand daughter 'Matilda' has the same name as William the conquerors wife. and I wouldn't mind a separate trip with them
