1940 BSA WM20

So many paints and preparations out there, any suggestions for DIY.

I just used the recipe on this website.I went for Olive Drab.

Then got that matched up at the paint shop and started spraying.Im happy with the color.

Hi Brandon,

It's not so much the colour but the type of paint eg Self etch, Hi build, water based acrylic base coat, then satin lacquer to finish.

What did you settle on.

I used a basic etch primer after sandblasting.
Then a filler primer.Final coat I used a 2k paint which has a matt finish.

I would have settled for a powdercoat but where i am no one does the colours we need.
