Fuel and Oil Caps

Hi
On the WDM20's were the fuel and oil tank caps Cadmium coated or painted?
Were the brass 'butterflys' that are used to open the caps left brass or were these painted or also cadmium coated?

Hi Brandon...The caps and 'butterfly' fasteners of both caps were dull chrome plated...Ian
