Magneto drive pinnion nut thread standard

Dear All

I was trying to make nut by my self but I could identify what is the thread standard for it? For sure it is not metric standard.

Please help. My bike is M20.

Hi Rofiq...The nut retaining the magneto drive gear has a 3/8" BSF thread....Ian
