Picked up a m24 tank last month, needed a repair, but i had it sand blasted first to see how much repair was needed, took it to my friend Terry Hall, he's been doing tanks, mudgards, in fact any metal work, terry has made hundreds of tanks over the years, and still works a little these days. he's repaired the tank by fitting a new base on the one side, and also made fit some copy bsa m24 badges, by moving the mounting holes.top chap, any one need his details get in touch.

If anyone wants to buy the Indian version of these tanks I suggest you order them unchromed because the front mounting brackets are welded on too high causing the top of the tunnel to just hit top tube. Plus the rear threaded holes for mounts are half a hole out which need to be filled with weld and re drilled and tapped.Such a pity they don't try them on a frame first before sending.
It's a pity indeed that the indians go trough such a lot of effort to make parts like this tank and front forks, and dont take the last step to make it right.
