Steve, this is a well known photo taken, I think, in Bicester outside the Six Bells pub,, which is still there. They are clearly asking for directions to Bicester Village as they want to pop into the "Khaki Stuff" to pick up some bargains. This is ripe for a then and now photo shoot. JT
