Super picture Steve, looks like a 16H, is that pannier frames I can see on the rear of the bike?

And is the original clear enough to read the reg, RAF 10?9?

Another RAF Norton combination........seen here in London.......

Earlier image seems to show the serial as "RAF 10098"......
