Just been to see The Imitation Game, which is the film about Bletchley Park and Alan Turing. A very moving film and Benedict Cumberbatch deserves to win an Oscar. Made even more enjoyable because each time you see a WD motorcycle it belonged to me. Alas no close ups but just distance shots. I recommend that you go and see it. Cheers JT
Yes, it's a great film, made even greater by the WD bike seen in the distance. It's a pity they did not tap up MV owners a bit harder as the Bedford MW appears in just about every outdoor shot wherever it is supposed to be (along with that bliddy WD bike in the distance). The film is strong as a drama, be warned;!if you are looking for authentic wartime action, then you will be disappointed...........eg interesting underwater shot of U-Boat pack with about 10 of them each spaced a hundred yards apart.........with what looked like a WD bike in the distance........
