I think you'd have to plough through the Amal records to sort that lot out...
Note 'Morris Commercial' is in there as well...
I would imagine some early contracts would have had Type 6 carbs fitted which were superseded later on...
Then there are the choke size differences for individual models, flange fitting, stub fitting and float chamber variations..and of course the jet sizes, cutaway sizes etc. for individual bikes...
There were also some 'odd' set ups during the period where there was an obsession with reducing fuel consumption...Ian
Worth noting that some Royal Enfield WD/C's and Ariel W/NG's from the early war period were listed for fitting with the top-feed carburetter..........this info is within the early parts books for the respective contracts..............
