I had my rear wheel straightened on my WM20 and found that the wheel lock located inside the tire is missing the rubber piece. They must have just stuck it back in without the rubber piece as the steel part is all that is left.

Two questions:

Is the wheel lock necessary?
What size do I need for a 3.5X19 wheel?- I see Draganfly has a WM2 and a WM3

Running the tyre pressures suitable for modern tyres and for road use the wheel lock (tyre clamp) isn't necessary...

For an original look some people machine the head of a bolt down and fit that with a locknut so that it looks like the clamps are still fitted...
