Sorry for the Late Reply Not Sure this was A Shell Commercial it first Appeared in A Some What Longer Form on Aus Comedy Show "Fast Forward" probably in the 90s

Someone had a similar video on here earlier this year that appeared on fast forward that was filmed at Cerberus Nnaval Base at Crib Point Victoria Australia. The WDM20 used on that occasion was owned by a Milton and the DKW outfit was owned by a Vin both members of the Vintage Motorcycle Club in Victoria. Vin could be seen riding his DKW in that clip. This clip is more like the great escape.
