Hi

Im new here and i am from Belgium.
I have an OIL PROBLEM with my Triumph 3HW.
I have just totaly rebuild the engine (New piston, valves, valveguides, valvesprings, bearings etc.
The first time i start the engine, there comes oil out the breather and after a while it was over the oilleak. I got a good return from the oil to my oiltank.
I think by myself its al ok now and this afternoon i make a trip with my Triumph 3HW.
After +- 7 km, i make a stop to see all is ok. I saw, that many oil cames out the breather, and also cames oil out the bearing side (PS : i have ride whitout mounting chaincase)
So i drive easy at home and there i see, there is almost no more oil in the oiltank and i have no returen into the oiltank.
CAN SOMEBODY HELP ME WHAT THE PROBLEM IS????
Must i mounting a new oilpump (Morgo our other brand??)

My friend has just had the same issue with his 5SW. Oil not returning and filling up the crankcase and primary case. He took the pump off and cleaned everything blew out the oil-ways and reassembled it. So far it's ok. There are some small sprigs and balls in the Triumph pumps, and a small piece of dirt can stop them working. In all honesty, I would have fitted a new pump, but my friend is a hard up builder and decided on the cheap option.

i have clean the oilpump today and the problem is over
i make a trip whit the Triumph and he runs very fine.
But i go buy also a new oilpump to be sure :)
