How can I fill the tecalemit gun with grease successfully and make the gun work? Must be doing something wrong cause after a pump or two the grease stops coming out!
Many thanks,
Kostas
You are getting air bubbles in the grease. Get a thin rod and stir the grease in the gun, you will find the grease will settle and the air will come out, keep adding the grease and stir until the gun is full. It's a messy job.
Either a cheap plastic syringe from ebay or a small plastic bag with the corner cut off and turned into an improvised, throw away, icing bag always do the job for me when I'm filling these little blighters.
Put a dollop of grease in and the tap gently the body of the gun down vertically on something firm, the grease goes down and any air comes up, add another dollop and so on. A tea spoon is usful for dolloping.
