Hi all.
Happy to say that she fired first time after my paint job and re-assembly

But she will only keep running at increased revs.
So to start with a good idle speed I am assuming (once she is warm), I am to adjust the pilot screw with the throttle closed and the choke open?
Will the slide adjusting screw be fully out to do this with no 'lift' of the slide?
All the carb settings are at base level. 170 jet, needle on 3rd slot, pilot wound out 1.5 times etc..

ps. or is someone willing to give up part of their bank holiday weekend to have a few hours of play with her ?

Oh..and on starting I am pulling on full advance then winding that back by about a quarter...and leaving it at that while she is running...?
