Re: will you tell him or shall I?

...You tell him...and while your at it tell him 'thick and crude paintwork' doesn't add any 'character' either, it's just a bodge applied by someone who couldn't be bothered to do the job properly.......

Oh, and tell him he's a dork as well....Ian

Re: will you tell him or shall I?

If he can sell that sort of shite as a 'decor item' to some trendy restaurant owner for the money he's asking then you're both going to look pretty stupid, aren't you ?

Re: will you tell him or shall I?

Ok then own up, which of you really wants to eat in a restaurant decorated with old iron?

It seems to be coming a big thing these days to describe every ratty bit of furniture or industrial junk as a a 'decor' item.

If thats the case my sheds must be uber mega trendy

and my house for that matter

Fish and chips in a grimy workshop with tea out of a mug that hasn't been washed for years...I'm comfortable with that actually, or is that not what it's about ?

When are you inviting us round for canapés in the mega-trendy shed then, Ken ?

Re: will you tell him or shall I?

Looks like my CD player, carpet, Snap On tool chests and oak office chair are going to have to go then...or I could just remain a social pariah... ..Ian
