'C' Number for WM20 1435 - Henk suggests Rik might help!

I own BSA WM20 frame number 1435 (1939/40)for which I have its rebuild 'C' number (1460971) which is pretty useless (some people are never content I know!) if you want to restore the bike to its original state.
It was shown as delivered to a company in the Netherlands on 06/03/1940, something I suspect never happened...
Anyway has anyone a 'magic' formula which might provide a near original 'C' number...
