I just noticed that Spandau militaria has some cheap de act guns on sale at the moment that may be of interest, I believe from other people that if you ring up you can probably haggle an extra discount from them. I'm not connected in any way with them, but I notice that they have a good sale every now and again, just try googling them.
A lot of the 'cheap' de-acts are the new style which are just wall hangers with no moveable or strippable parts so be careful if you are buying for re-enactment.
