Off topic , but of interest and relevant to all 'old bike' owners

I came across this e-petition regarding fuel, and the potential for suitable fuel for our machines to disappear in the coming years.

I for one would like to use my bike beyond the dates being suggested. The petition seems to be in its early stages, apologies if it has appeared on here before, and so please spread the word via other forums/ emails etc if you feel the same way to help 'up' the numbers. Sometimes you have to make your word heard any way you can.

its going back to the early years of motorcycling where you went and got your correct type of petrol from your local chemists in gallon cans
