Hi, you have to open a "photobucket" account or any similar picture hosting programme, it is free to sign up to. Then you upload the pictures you want onto it and then open this forum in a different window and then write on this forum what you would like to say, then when you want to add the picture click open photobucket hover your mouse over the picture you want to upload on the forum and a drop down box should appear with various codes on it, click on the HTML code which should then say "copied", then click back to the forum and right click where you want the picture to be and then click "paste" and it should appear on your post as a load of letters and numbers. click at the bottom of the to post your message and when it comes up it should show the photo.
Basically you are just copying and pasting the HTML code onto the forum.
