workshops

does anybody know where 12 heavy workshop REME was and if the engine was done there would it be a good chance that the whole bike was as well

Re: workshops

Hi Roger..Postwar 12 Heavy Workshop REME was in Hanover, Germany. If a full overhaul was required I imagine the one workshop would have carried out the whole job...Ian

I bought a couple extras last year from them but it appears I can't find my last spare. Postage was dear to Canada but you may find it cheaper to buy direct.

Re: workshops

looking about on the internet i found 2 different types of plates one says ministry of supply WV3 the other says vehicle repair data plate do you think the repair data plate is for accident damage repairs and the ministry of supply WV3 plate is mainly for overhauls
