Gearbox adjuster, spacer / bush

Has anyone got the dimensions for the bush / spacer that goes on the RH end of the rear gearbox mounting bolt, between the mounting plate and the adjuster draw bolt. I could probably guestimate it, but would prefer to make it the right size.

ID=13.2
OD=25.4 length=3.6
OD=20.8 Length=14.1
Radius=2.5
Total length=17.7 All in mm.
