No.6 D.R. Squad R.Signals 1942 (L/Cpl Harley)

A new picture from E bay.

26 DRs and only one stripe between them, and a Lance Corporal "Harley" at that

Very nice Rob. Not youngsters when they did the course, were they ?

Any indication from the photographer of where the photo might have been taken ?

Quite a range of machine ages (and front tyres !)

I wonder if the wooden huts are Catterick ?

I have a group photo with my Dad captioned 'No.5 Squad - 49 Junior Leader's Course at Catterick. They were all Lance Corporals under the command of a full corporal.

I suspect that yours is a DR course photo.
