If you mean the pre war levers like this. Then the nipple arrangement is part of the lever and not part of the cable. I've never seen them for sale (not a great demand I would think). I have known other guys make their own. Ron

Good point Ian! I forgot about Peter Long. Worth a shout to see if he sells the individual parts. He certainly does with his replica pre war internal pull twist grips.
