I reckon there's a bicycle dynamo rubbing on the rear wheel somewhere!!!

'More lights less light' was my first thought as well! ..though the headlight bulb might not be in circuit with the blackout fitted...Ian

there are 2 lorrie batteries in the panniers and it definately not a british bike the seargent major wouldnt allowed all those extras
