Re: Enfield parts

I think I have worked out that these brake linings are for 7" brakes. Therefore the rear of a CO and front and rear of WDG or WDL.... In that case I should have a set for my new (old) WDL. Ron

Can I point out. There is only one of those rubber Jonnies needed per bike. So a box will do ten bikes.

Re: Enfield parts

"Steady chaps"

As mentioned a box of ten "rubber things" will do several bikes.

Which may sound hypercritical as I bought enough to do 140 flying fleas and I don't even have one.

Email if you want them.

Well you don't know if it's fake or not, have bought loads of original Flea parts from them, so no reason to believe these would be fake, then they would have made the others too!!

Re: Enfield parts

Note there are 3 types of enamelled badges (don't have any to spare!!)

But see Hitch: http://www.hitchcocksmotorcycles.com/partsbooks/pages/2175/Petrol_Tank_and_Speedometer_&_Drive

Postwar, but they can be painted over with white, oops letting out all the trade secrets!! But you will be able to still see it from close up, but better then nothing.

First type (prewar) is blue,White, black and copper base material

Second type (wartime) is green, white, black and copper base material (this is my ORIGINAL)

Third type (postwar) is green, black and copper base material

Hope this helps! and sorry for the quality of the pictures, but if you're not colour blind you'll get it!!
