My barrel has been bored to 82,50 mm (3.25"). I have a .020 oversize Hepolite; will this work out together? Enough/insufficient tolerance? Must have data about that somewhere, but can't find them....

Hi Hans...Well your barrel is on +.020" so if it is not worn you'll be OK with that piston. Get the bore and piston checked for correct clearance...it should be .003"-.005" at the bottom of the skirt on the thrust faces.(with a new bore and piston)..Ian
