Am I right in thinking that a 1944 M20 didn't have a front number plate?
Mine has the holes for it, which I was going to fill, but I've just seen an M20 from the same contract in the Nomandy 2009 photos that has one. Help!

The pedestrian slicer on my 1942 WDM20, from an Egyptian Army Museum came with this plate

Lee, the early M20's had a number plate and a special channel to locate it. But this was soon deleted when number plates weren't required. I'd fill the holes and forget about it. Ron
