John, I have one, came recently off a G3, was replaced with a Panel tank, has the water deflector, but no M's or holes for them. (were glued on)

Let me know, it's a clean tank, not leaking, was in Normandy last year.

Does the WO have a panel or not? I thought they did?

The first ones did Douglas, then it was dropped in favour of a standard tank and headlamp. War economies I expect. Ron
