First: All have a good Christmas and a happy 2012!!!

Now my questions:
Where can I get the big brown buttons for my ww2 leather jerkin? any ideas?

And does someone have a wm20 headlight bulbholder/fitting (for fixing the 2 bulbs in the mirror of the headlight)?
I'm located in The Netherlands. (dus als er nog land genoten zijn die kunnen helpen hoor ik het graag)

Hoi Leon,

Als je naar de garen en band winkel gaat kunnen ze je meestal ook aan knopen helpen, of even naar de markt. Ik miste er zelf ook een, mijn knopen zijn gemeleerd in kleur en een bijna perfecte knoop werd zo uit een bakje gepakt.

Hi Leon, I have never seen as original, black buttons on war time leather Jerkins as listed on E bay, I recently picked up a Mint Jerkin , Stright out of a bale, dated 1944, brown buttons !! sorry cant help on supply of new buttons, the style of the black ones is right but dont think black used, andrew h.
