Stainless steel fasteners

Do you still have to put anti-seize stuff on the thread before putting the nut on

"Dave Middleton Stainless" always suggests that you should use Loctite or oil on his fixings. Ron

I use a few drops of oil or a little graphite grease...Ian

I Always use Copper Slip on stainless steel nuts and bolts. Having had a few new nuts seize on new bolts and then had to cut them off, I never fit stainless fittings without it.
