Hi there.

I got a new chain for the m20, I have ridden about with it a small amount and re adjusted it.
I noticed that when I spin the rear wheel the chain is tight in one position and looser in another. Is this an oval drum?
Also when I apply the rear brake I can see the wheel move. It looks like the brake shoes are moving the wheel into position.

Is this stuff normal m20 behavior? Most of the axle bits are new, second hand drum tho and I have no felt washers

You have to adjust both front and rear chain in the tightest position, many if not all M20's have this.
