How tight should the gudgen pin be? Mine really takes some pushing to get it into the small end bearing.
Is it ok to ease it a bit with some emery paper? I havnt got a reamer
the piston should just flop to one side or the other and not feel tight try using one of those green plastic pads to ease it out it a bit less brutal than emery paper
Try cutting a slot in a stud, put it in the drill and wrap some emery paper through the slot, winding it round until it is a nice snug fit in the small end, then spray some WD 40 or paraffin on it and turn on the drill checking the fit of the pin every few seconds
