Not strictly 'on topic' perhaps...I am having a batch of Triumph tank panels made..These are the 'Bakelite' type fitted to pre war Speed Twins, T100s, Tiger 80's etc. etc.(early WD models?)
They are exact replicas of the original panel, moulded from a good original. Appearance matches the original but the material used does not suffer from the cracking that the Bakelite ones are prone to...you won't be disappointed! Ron Pier had one for his 39 Speed Twin
They are in production now and will be available shortly, final price to be confirmed.

They come with there own chrome panel. I've never seen a Triumph bako one myself. There wouldn't be many survivors!

Hi Chris...panel or light? The panel is specific to the Triumph..I think I am correct in saying the light was a 'universal' fitting supplied by Joe Lucas...Ian

Hi Russell...They were completed and all sold before and at the Stafford Classic Bike Show last month...I do have some Triumph Damper knobs for the same period remaining.

The panels are generally a slow moving item, but if there is sufficient interest I will do another small batch...Ian
