Chris, I don't have a single diagram but it's quite straightforward to combine the two diagrams - ie the 'pre-war' type and the WD non-dipping type.
The brake light is easy - they simply run a live feed direct from the battery to the brake light filament, via the brake light switch. Best to put an in-line fuse there as well. It doesn't affect the main switch at all.
In order to fit the dip switch, you simply need to run the feed to the headlamp on the WD diagram via the dip switch. This means wiring from terminal '2' to the comon live side of the dip switch and then two cables from the switch to the twin filament bulb holder.
As per standard, the pilot is fed from terminal '4'
