I think this is a rather nice photo with a, to me, unknown petrol tank with a Vokes filter next to it. Anybody any idea what kind of petrol tank this is?

Must be Norton, with the single kneepad fixing, and pump brackets on the nearside of the tank.
Does that tally with the number??
Looking at the number again, the C is not above the middle of the number, so could there be 2 digits missing??

The Vokes appears to have a piece (sheet) of felt covering the gauze in the base...Have you seen this before?...Ian
