I have not done much in the motorcycle dept past 2-3 years due to working on Willys jeeps and lately a White M2A1 Halftrack that I just bought, but I want to start getting parts for my Matchless G3, serial no 16691. What do you think of the saddle on it, is it an early style? Does anyone here have a spare saddle like this?
I am trying to get a G3 early engine and Burman CP gearbox. Unfortunatelly there is not much left of this ike, but this is not much better then the BSA M20 that I started with. Any input / advise / help appreciated.

This is what I have to work with. Need to repair that bent front tube on frame. Has remains of front and rear riddged mudguards. Was there not a guy in Holland making repro ridged mudguards?
