I bought for a few weeks ago an other girder spring, because the one I olready have is to short.
I bought it from somebody with a discription that the spring is from a BSA wd m20.
I put the old one with new toghether and I the conclusion is that the winding does have an other direction.

The right one is my old one.
Does somebody know if it is from a BSA m20 or from an Ariel, Triump, Norton.
Please let me know what kind of spring it is?

Probably a Webb style spring.

Hallo i think the spring with the wrong winding is for a Triumph and the smaller one is probaly from a pre 36 bleu star

I found the spring on internet. It must from an Gilera Saturno 500cc. Also that was an militair bike at the wartime.
