Is that the same 'Jess' Harper formerly from Steeton or a different one?

I was from Sutton originally, in the same year as Wilf Lee and Piggy Parker but I used to lurk around with Steeton reprobates Phil Garvey (living in Brighton) and Kelvin Shires. Kelvin sadly passed away a few years ago.
