I was in the audience and if memory serves me well, the question asked was, "Which Welsh football club play in the English football league"? Silence. Shuffling of feet. The newscaster, Corbett Woodhall then proceeded to write a big W in the air with his finger. An inspired answer - Wrexham! One could say it was plucked from the air! Uproar. Good job it was steam radio in those days.
