We were in Harrogate before Christmas at the market at the bottom of the Stray. I asked a stall holder what the strange snaking wall was that stretched part way across the Stray and was told that it had been built for the cycling competition, and that they were supposed to have dismantled it but had just cleared off and left it.

Ah, that one. I haven't taken much notice, lately. I'll drive past and have a look this weekend. The tension mounts!
