I don't know who or where, but it is certainly a fine photograph. Proper rucksacks too! I had one similar that I got at an army surplus store in Low Street. Anyone remember that place? I think it was on the same side of Low Street as the old market, and will have been swept away in the late sixties.

I remember that shop and I might have purchased the rucksack there! I did try to get some camouflage gear there but I couldn't find it - haha!

The name of the shop was Harry Bairstow's- An army surplus place. Must have been a goldmine.

Years at KBGS e.g. 1958-1964 (optional) 1961-1964
