Ian Dewhurst.

First knew Ian at the Ref Lib with his grey "brat"on.Is he the only person living who has become a K.B.G.S. celeb. besides Asa Briggs .Or did he go to Bingley Grammar ?

No idea John, but he is by far Keighley's best known local historian, still around.

Ian Dewhirst was definitely a KBGS student. He appears of the 1950 panorama photograph and is on the next to the back row eleven in from the right hand end looking at the photo. Like the rest of us he has aged.
