Re: Dalton Mills

I noticed an article in the Keighley News recently about a company called 'Fright Nights West Yorks', hosting a ghostbusting tour of the disused parts of Dalton Mill during early May this year. It is reported that the mill has a rich and fascinating history with numerous reports of sounds and strange sightings. It was rumoured that 'a lady in clogs' could be heard wandering around one of the top floors and that a former foreman called 'Myers' had been 'sighted' roaming the building watching over his workers. The first 'Ghost Hunt' is on May 2nd from 8pm to 3am and costs £50 !! I shall not be there!!

'Keighley's iconic Dalton Mills added to English Heritage 'at risk' register'

An interesting article in today's Keighley News:

Re: Dalton Mills

Good move which will hopefully ensure full and complete restoration.
