We heard of this site from neighbours of ours, who have been holidaying here for years.
We had never actually been on a council run site previously but can say it was the best holiday we have ever had.

The warden, Violet, was so welcoming and bent over backwards to be accomodating. Always wore a smile and the kids loved her. The site was immiculate with excellent facilities. Set in lovely surroundings, it was ideal for adults on their own or families with kids. Pets welcome too. We enjoyed ourselves that much we spent 6 weeks there and can't wait to go back this year. The kids can't wait either!!!!
